Delete your account

You can delete your Lokr account and the data linked to it at any time.

Email us from your sign-in address.

Account, notes, replies and photos go.

Safety logs are kept only as long as needed.

How to delete your account

  1. Email support@lokr.app from the email address you sign in to Lokr with.
  2. Use the subject “Delete my Lokr account”.
  3. We’ll confirm by email once your account is deleted.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in, your notes, replies, likes and photos, and the approximate location stored with your notes. Notes and photos are already wiped 24 hours after posting.

What we keep

Reports, moderation flags and security logs about abuse, for as long as needed to keep people safe and meet legal obligations. Usage analytics are linked to an internal account ID, not your email. See the privacy policy.

In-app account deletion isn’t built yet. Until it is, email is the way.
