Staying anonymous
- Don’t write your name, your hostel room, your phone number or anything only you would know. Our filter blocks numbers, handles and links, but details can still identify you.
- Photos are stripped of hidden location data, but what’s in the photo (a face, a room, a uniform) can still give you away.
- Others only ever see a rough distance like “Under 1 km away”, never a place.
- Everything you post is wiped after 24 hours.
If a note is about you
Notes that target or expose someone aren’t allowed. Email support@lokr.app with the note’s text and roughly when you saw it, and we’ll look at it. Notes that collect several reports are hidden from everyone while we review them. An in-app report button is coming soon.
