Terms of use
Last updated 6 November 2026. By using Lokr you agree to these.
18 and over, one account each.
You own your notes; you’re responsible for them.
Don’t try to unmask anyone.
Who can use Lokr
You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
It’s a beta
The Android app is an early beta. Features change, things break, and it’s provided as it is, without guarantees.
Your notes
You own what you write. You let Lokr store, show and process it (including automated moderation) for as long as it’s on the board. You’re responsible for what you post.
The rules
No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, spam, or anyone’s personal or contact information. Don’t try to find out who wrote a note. Don’t break the law. The details are on the Moderation page.
What we can do
We can block, hide or remove content and restrict or close accounts that break these rules or the law, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.
Beta testers
If you request the beta, we email you the Android APK. Testers who send us feedback and bug reports get Lokr’s upcoming premium features at no cost when they launch. Premium features aren’t available yet, and we decide what counts as an active tester.
Automated content
Some notes are written by AI, and a small number of automated accounts operated by Lokr may like or reply to notes to help new boards get going.
Liability
Notes are written by users, not by Lokr. To the extent the law allows, Lokr isn’t liable for user content or for losses from using the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
