Numbers, handles, links and abuse are stopped before posting.
Threats go to a person, never an automatic ban.

Checked before anything posts
Every note and every reply goes through an automatic filter first. It blocks:

If something is blocked you see why, and you can edit and try again. No penalty for a blocked note.
Threats
Notes that look like a threat to hurt someone are blocked and flagged for a person on our team to look at. We don’t ban anyone automatically on a single keyword.

Limits
To slow down spam: about 5 notes an hour and 20 a day for most accounts (less for accounts with problems), plus per-minute limits on replies, reports and uploads.
Photos
Up to 20 MB. Photos are resized and re-encoded, which strips hidden data such as GPS location, and they are deleted from storage when the note expires at 24 hours. We don’t yet scan images automatically, so please report bad ones.
Reporting
An in-app report button is coming soon. Until then, email support@lokr.app with the note’s text and roughly when you saw it. Notes that collect several reports are hidden from everyone while we look.
Accounts
Repeated confirmed problems can lead to an account’s notes being hidden from others or the account being restricted. Permanent bans are decided by a person, not by the filter.
